You can post on ANY day that you want, but I ask that you PLEASE post AT LEAST on your assigned day. :) If you can't for some reason, let me know! :D And if the day I've assigned you to doesn't work, let me know and I'll switch you around! ;)
The posting schedule does NOT mean that you may ONLY post on that day, it means that you should AT LEAST post on that day.  
You can post as often as you want throughout the week as long as you post on your posting day too. And it looks like SwiftWing/Snaper6010 has the new items covered every day, so don't worry about posting that. :) Thanks, Snaper! :D
